Tucked into a side street in Ikebukuro 2-chome, Lomanesque Rock Bar is an intimate venue centered on a short counter with just a few seats. Shelves of vinyl records and CDs line the space, where British and American rock from the 1960s and 70s plays at a comfortable listening volume. The room maintains a calm, unhurried atmosphere that suits a solitary pre-dinner drink as easily as an unwinding stop on the way home from work.

Whisky forms the core of the drink menu, and every bottle arranged along the counter is tagged with its single-pour price, allowing guests to explore different labels without hesitation. Beyond neat pours, on the rocks, or mizuwari (whisky with cold water), the bar serves cocktails, beer, and wine, complemented by dry snacks to graze on between sips.

The proprietor occasionally takes song requests from the bar's music collection, letting guests relax to their favored bands or full albums. The bar operates from 18:00 until late at night at 0:00, and payment is accepted in cash only.
